Terms of use

These terms cover localguidepress.com and apply, together with any site-specific terms, to the Local Guide Press directories.

What the sites are

Local Guide Press publishes directories compiled from public records and from information businesses publish about themselves. The sites are informational. A listing is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a guarantee of anything about the business.

Accuracy

We check listings against state license registers and date every check, but registers change and we can make mistakes. Verify license status directly with the state before hiring anyone. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of a listing.

Use of the sites

You may read and link to our pages. You may not scrape, copy, or republish the directories in bulk, and you may not use them to send unsolicited messages to listed businesses.

Corrections and removal

Businesses can ask for a listing to be corrected or removed by emailing editor@localguidepress.com. See the editorial standards for how we handle requests.

Sponsored placements

Where a directory carries sponsored placements they are labeled "Sponsored". Sponsorship does not change the main list or its ordering.

Liability

The sites are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Own the Answer Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of the sites or reliance on their contents.
