To correct a listing

Include:

• the business name as it appears on the page
• the page address (the URL)
• what is wrong and what it should say
• a source we can check, such as a register entry or a page on the business's website

Corrections are usually made within five business days and noted on the page with a date.

To verify or claim your business

Include:

• the business name and the page address
• your name and your role at the business
• the license number on file with the state, if the business holds one
• any service details you want added, changed, or removed

Write from an address at the business's own domain where possible. If that is not possible, include something that shows you speak for the business. We will not change a listing on the strength of an anonymous email.

What we cannot help with

We do not take payment to move a business up the main list, we do not remove a business from the main list because a competitor asked, and we do not pass messages to businesses. Contact them directly through the details on their own website.
